FAQs

  • Accountability coaching isn’t about giving you a new plan — it’s about helping you stick to the one you already have (or the one we build together). You don’t need more information. You need follow-through.

  • As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back 'Ontrack' as quickly a possible.

  • I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it. All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that continue to improve as you progress through the weeks.

  • There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, clients must agree to eat in a calorie deficit.

If you already have a specific meal plan, I’ll be here to support you with that.

  • The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).

  • That’s life — and it’s also why I’m here. I don’t judge. I help you reset and move forward without shame. Progress over perfection, always.

  • No — this is coaching, not medical advice. If you’re managing prediabetes or other conditions, I recommend keeping in touch with your healthcare provider alongside our work.Item description

  • I usually work with clients in the UK due to time zone issues, but please get in touch to discuss your unique situation.

  • As this program has a workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.

  • Clients should expect to spend 2-3 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, as soon as possible. However so many clients love working with an accountability coach, they choose to stay much longer.

  • Because my service are bespoke to you and fit around your schedule. It’s suitable for nearly everyone.

However Ontrack accountability coaching is not for you if:

    • You are already consistent and are looking for a coach to program specific workouts and a meal plan for you. (You would be more ideally suited to a personal trainer).

    • You are looking for nutrition and workout programming/advice with a specific goal to build muscle. (You would be more ideally suited to a personal trainer).

    • You are not ready to make a serious daily commitment to your own personal health and lifestyle. (this may not be the right time for you).

  • Weight loss accountability coaching is a form of 1:1 support that helps you stay consistent with your health and weight loss goals. Instead of following a rigid meal plan or strict diet, you work with an accountability coach who checks in with you daily, provides encouragement, and helps you make realistic, sustainable choices. It’s not about being told what to do — it’s about having someone in your corner to guide you, keep you motivated, and celebrate your progress along the way.

  • Weight loss accountability coaching works by giving you daily check-ins and ongoing support so you don’t have to do it alone. Through personalised guidance, you’ll set clear goals around things like calories, protein, activity, and routines. Each day, your coach checks in to keep you focused, help you troubleshoot challenges, and keep you moving forward. Over time, this consistent support helps you build healthy habits that actually stick, making weight loss and improved health achievable without extreme diets or quick fixes.

  • Yes — if you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of starting and stopping diets, accountability coaching can be a game changer. Research shows that people with regular accountability are up to 95% more likely to reach their goals. Having someone check in daily, keep you consistent, and guide you through challenges helps you stay on track far more effectively than trying to do it alone.

  • Not everyone needs accountability to lose weight — many people can drop a few pounds on their own with enough motivation. The difference comes down to whether the weight loss is quick and temporary, or sustainable and long-term.

It’s one thing to follow a strict plan for a few weeks and see the scale go down, but it’s another to keep the weight off and build healthy habits that last. That’s where accountability coaching makes a big difference. With daily support, encouragement, and guidance, you’re not just losing weight — you’re learning how to stay consistent and make changes that actually stick.

  • Unlike a diet plan, accountability coaching isn’t about following rigid rules or cutting out foods you enjoy. Instead, it’s about creating a sustainable approach that fits into your real life. You’ll still make your own food and lifestyle choices — but with daily support, feedback, and encouragement to help you stick to them long term.

  • Accountability coaching isn’t medical treatment, but it can support the lifestyle changes that many doctors recommend for people at risk of type 2 diabetes. Daily check-ins and consistent support can make it easier to follow through on healthy habits such as balanced eating, regular movement, and weight management — all of which play a role in supporting overall health and blood sugar balance.

My coaching is designed to help women build sustainable habits that improve their health and wellbeing. If you’re concerned about prediabetes, always speak with your GP first, and then consider coaching as a way to stay accountable to the plan you create together.
